REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services and products provided by SPYMELON W.L.L (“SPYMELON”), including its SPY X market intelligence division. All services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.

2. SPY X Intelligence Reports

Due to the proprietary and digital nature of SPY X intelligence reports, all report purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered. Upon payment confirmation and report delivery, the client is deemed to have received full access to the purchased material.

3. Consulting Services

Refunds for consulting services are not provided once work has commenced. If a consulting engagement is terminated prior to commencement of work, refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.

4. Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact SPYMELON directly at sales@spymelon.com to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension of services and legal recovery actions.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

In the event of a duplicate or clearly accidental payment, SPYMELON will review the case and may issue a refund after verification. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

6. Force Majeure

SPYMELON shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bahrain courts.
