Upon confirmed payment, the client receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased report for internal business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, sharing, copying, or public dissemination without written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by written proposals or agreements issued by SPYMELON. Scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined in official quotations or contracts.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full prior to delivery of reports unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be processed via PayPal, Tap Payments, or bank transfer. SPYMELON reserves the right to suspend or refuse service in the event of non-payment.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital intelligence products and consulting services, all report purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds for consulting services, if applicable, will be governed by the specific service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain
